A.C.E. Programs are the charitable, public-benefit initiatives of Made to Heal Foundation, designed to support emotional regulation, creative healing, and community well-being through accessible, trauma-informed programming.
These programs offer space, rhythm, and practical tools for healing through art—without urgency, pressure, or performance.
A.C.E. Programs are currently operated as a fiscally sponsored project and are built to transition into the future Made to Heal Foundation as a standalone nonprofit.
Our Approach
A.C.E. Programs are guided by three core principles:
Accessibility: Programs are free or donation-supported and open to the public.
Trauma-Informed Care: Practices prioritize safety, consent, and choice.
Community-Centered Design: Healing through art is supported through connection, creativity, and shared experience.
We do not offer therapy, medical treatment, or crisis services. We offer grounding, education, and community support.
Creative expression serves as a vital tool for emotional processing, regulation, and self-connection, particularly within the art movement wellness framework. Arts for Healing programs may include: creative workshops (art, writing, music, storytelling), arts-based healing sessions, community performances framed for wellness and reflection, and collaborative art and creative reflection spaces. The emphasis is on creative healing and expression rather than professional or commercial development, highlighting the transformative power of healing through art.
Community Wellness programs support nervous system regulation, collective care, and emotional grounding through gentle, embodied practices, including art movement wellness and creative healing.
These programs may encompass:
- Healing circles and facilitated group sessions
- Gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices
- Community gatherings centered on restoration, transition, and resilience through healing through art.
Participation is always optional. Sharing is never required.
Education programs support emotional literacy, creativity, and personal development—particularly for youth and young adults, promoting art movement wellness through various initiatives. Education & Youth programs may include: Youth wellness and enrichment programming, arts- and nature-based learning experiences, emotional intelligence and self-regulation education, and culturally grounded creative education, all of which emphasize creative healing and healing through art. It is important to note that these programs are educational in nature and do not provide certifications or credentials.
